Job description

How you will be Successful

  • Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards is always upheld with clients / visitors and colleagues
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a positive and professional manner
  • Assist HR Department with interview coordination where required
  • Act as the office contact for all meeting requirements – set up of AV
  • Assist with coordination of office related events – set up and clean up
  • Assisting shared services team with new hire orientations where required (activation of office pass cards and maintaining log, couriers)
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized environment / office supplies
  • File corporate documents, expenses and reports efficiently for specified executive group
  • Manage corporate “INFO” inbox including managing CSIO/EZDocs/insurance company digital file download
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Assist teams with preparation of delivery of documentation to our clients (e.g. printing and preparing liability slips, preparing presentation binders, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact and as such the role requires you to work from the office M-F (8:30 am-4:30pm)
  • Note: Lifting of boxes is required – up to approximately 30lbs

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • 7+ years progressively responsible experience in a fast- paced environment
  • Business Administration Certification or equivalent is required
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Team orientation, strong interpersonal skills and professional email etiquette
  • Advanced time – management skillset and willingness to assist wherever required
