Be our new Senior Account Manager. We’re looking for a new team leader to manage their own team and provide the PLATFORM experience to our clients.

Job description

  • This role involves working with one of the Partners at PLATFORM on an assigned book of clients in the construction and real estate development industry
  • The role demands that the Senior Account Manager provide reliable and consistent support to the Producer who oversees this book of business
  • Manage & execute all client requests for the assigned book of clients
  • Review and advise clients on insurance requirements for tender requests
  • Lead brokering and negotiation of renewal and project specific insurance terms for the assigned book of clients
  • Assist the Partners efforts in account receivable collections on a regular basis
  • Manage and Perpetuate (Renew) a Book of defined commercial insurance accounts
  • Lead the onboarding of new commercial accounts assigned to your book of business from an operations standpoint
  • Ensure customer service standards and the ‘PLATFORM Experience’ are maintained and exceeded
  • Ensure you are always acting the in the best interest of your clients
  • At all times act in accordance with PLATFORM’s core values, and encourage other colleagues to do the same
  • Take the opportunity to recommend and lead new operational initiatives to increase team efficiency, enhance PLATFORM brand, promote growth and revenue opportunities, and manage/reduce overhead expenses
  • Leadership and time management skills are important
  • Must be RIBO licensed
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience required
  • Experience in construction or real estate is preferred but is not a requirement
